Breakfast Veggie Pattie

Place frozen pattie on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH,turning over halfway through cooking time. Approximatly 1 1/2 minutes.

Simply place a chicken breast on the grill and lightly coat it with BBQ sauce when the meat is nearly finished cooking.

1 filet Perdue Perfect Portions Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless Roasted (x 1)
2 TBSP Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original (x 1)

Corn on the Cob

Soak in water for 15 minutes, then wrap in foil and grill for about 15 minutes. Spray with butter alternative after pealing for a great taste!

You can also boil instead of grilling, which is done by bring a large pot to a boil and placing the corn in for about 5 minutes.
