This simple sandwich is high on flavor, but low on sodium. Use two whole grain bread slices, add roasted turkey breast and a quarter cup of avocado. The key is to use home cooked turkey breast, as store bought slices are usually much higher in sodium.

1 Slice Nature's Own 100% Whole Grain Bread (x 2)
(3.5 oz) (100 g) Turkey Breast Roast (x 2)
1 Cup, Pureed (8.1 oz) (230 g) Avocados, Florida (x 0.25)
1 Leaf, Small (.2 oz) (5 g) Lettuce, Butterhead (Incl Boston & Bibb Types) (x 2)

Mozzarella Cheese and Tomato

Take 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese and layer on a plate. Top with chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinagar.
