Simply cut a medium-sized grapefruit in half and use two sugar-substitute packets to sweeten the flavor.

1 Medium Grapefruit (x 1)
1 PACKET Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets (x 2)

Orange Slices

Slice up a medium size orange.

Lay out two pices of whole wheat bread. Spead one tbsp of mayonnaise on one slice of bread. Place 3 slices of turkey lunch meat slices, 2 slices of tomato and one cup of iceburg lettuce on remaining slice of bread. Put both slices of bread together.

1 serving (33.33g) Turkey Breast Meat (x 3)
1 tbsp (14.6g) Mayonnaise, Red-Cal Or Diet, Chol-Free (x 1)
2 thick slices Tomato (x 1)
1 cup, shredded or chopped (55g) Lettuce, Iceberg (x 1)
2 Weight Watchers Bread 100% Whole Wheat (x 1)

Apple Slices

Slice one apple and enjoy.

Slice chicken to desired size and alternate chunks of chicken with onions and peppers. Grill until cooked.

Substitute veggies with alternatives if you wish.

4 ounces Chicken (x 2)
One Medium Green Pepper (x 1)
1 slice Onion (red) (x 8)

Corn on the Cob

Soak in water for 15 minutes, then wrap in foil and grill for about 15 minutes. Spray with butter alternative after pealing for a great taste!

You can also boil instead of grilling, which is done by bring a large pot to a boil and placing the corn in for about 5 minutes.
